教务管理员:

职位详情
教务管理员在办公室经理的领导下,负责处理办公室人力资源相关的日常行政职能,与老师和学生协调安排课表,为所有客户和推介来源打造积极、专业的公司形象 每周工作40小时
该岗位为全职

责任和义务
通过电话、电子邮件和微信直接联系学生,老师和工作人员
协调学生和教师预约课表,协调工作人员的工作日程
处理人力资源基本运作相关的日常行政职能
处理机密信息,包括电子和纸质信息
管理客户文件
管理行政运营相关的手册
完成每月工资计算
根据需要,完成其他任务

资历和技能
办公室或工商管理方面的正式教育
至少5年的办公室管理工作经验
中高级MS Office技能
优秀的人际交往能力
良好的英文书面和口头沟通能力
卓越的组织能力,包括做计划、确认优先级和多任务处理
优秀的问题解决能力和对细节的高度重视
以专业友好的态度处理客户和推介来源
可靠的工作态度

Education Administrator:

Position Details
Reporting to the Office Manager, the Office Administrator/Coordinator is responsible for handling the day to day administrative functions regarding some basic HR of the office, coordinating with teachers and students with their schedules, while providing a positive, professional company image to all clients and referral sources
40 hours per week,
Full-time position

Responsibilities and Duties
Liaise directly with students, teachers, and staff via telephone and email and Wechat.
Coordinate students & teachers appointments and staff schedules
Handle day-to-day administrative functions, majorly related to basic HR operations.
Handle confidential information, both computer- and paper-based
Maintain client files
Maintain manuals related to administrative operations
Complete monthly payroll calculation
Perform other tasks as needed

Qualifications and Skills
Formal education in office or business administration
At least 5 years of office administration work experience
Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Excellent organizational skills including planning, prioritizing, and multi-tasking
Excellent problem solving and strong attention to details
Professional and friendly attitude while dealing with clients and referral sources
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive matters in a professional manner
Criminal Record Check is required as this position involves working with confidential information on vulnerable populations.

Assets
Experience in performing administrative and coordination tasks
Experience & knowledge related to the Basic HRM.
Fluency in Both Mandarin and English
